Using the Silicon Valley Regional Interoperability Authority (SVRIA) web site indicates your agreement with our web site rules, which contain important conditions and restrictions.  Use of this web site indicates your agreement with and consent to the terms stated herein.  If you do not agree, refrain from using this web site.

Individuals, organizations and businesses are free to use the SVRIA web site for any lawful, worthy and ethical purpose, except as limited by these rules.  The web site must not be used to solicit customers or sell products or services.

These rules represent the entire agreement between users of the web site and SVRIA and may not be modified except by a signed written agreement between same.  This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.  Any legal dispute concerning the web site brought by or against any user shall be brought in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Santa Clara. The Silicon Valley Regional Interoperability Authority (SVRIA) is committed to protecting your privacy online.  The following privacy statement outlines how individual information will be handled by SVRIA in connection with a visitor’s use of this web site.

Information Collected and Stored Automatically

For site management functions, SVRIA may collect information for analysis and statistical purposes.  This information will not be reported or used in any manner that would reveal personally identifiable user information and will not be released to any outside parties unless SVRIA is legally required to do so in connection with law enforcement investigations or other legal proceedings.

SVRIA may use log analysis tools to create summary statistics for purposes such as assessing what information is of most interest, determining technical design specifications and identifying system performance or problem areas.  Web site logs will not collect personally identifiable information and no attempt will be made to link them with the individuals who browse the web site.  When you visit the SVRIA web site and browse or download information, we may collect and store the following information about your visit:
